No Bake Vanilla Cheesecake (Keto)
1/3 cup full fat cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Judee’s Brown Rice Protein Powder or Paleo Egg White Protein Powder
1 tsp Judee’s Vanilla Powder
1/3 cup water
Combine cream cheese, whipping cream and Judee’s Brown Rice Protein Powder in small bowl. Slowly stir in up to 1/3 cup water (can add 1 Tbsp at a time as needed) until consistency is creamy. Divide into 4 ramekins or small jars and cover. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
